Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship Australia Wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather delays or carrier disruptions).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon!

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sentriwear.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
